Project Description:

Hydro Clean and Video Inspection of approximately 22,000 feet of gravity sewer in the Big Bear Valley. The purpose of this project is to assess the condition of the gravity sewer and identify potential defects, blockages, or maintenance needs. All work must be performed by personnel certified under NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP).

• Pipe sizes range from 8” to 21” inches in diameter.
• Removal of all grease, roots, and obstructions prior to CCTV inspection.
• Coordinate with Agency staff to schedule work and minimize disruptions.
• Perform CCTV inspection immediately after cleaning.
• Inspection shall comply with all applicable standards.

Deliverables:

• External hard drive containing all CCTV video files. Video files shall be clearly labeled using a consistent naming convention to ensure they can be easily cross-referenced with corresponding log sheets, inspection reports, and summary report.
• Inspection reports submitted in PDF and Excel format.
• Cleaning and inspection log sheets (with date, line segment ID, footage, crew info, etc.)
• Summary report on major findings and recommended repairs.
